Out of Stock Items

Item listings will display an out of stock status if an item is not currently available.

If the item says out of stock, but allows you to proceed with placing the order, it is because the item is on backorder.  We will send you an email letting you know that the item is on backorder and provide an estimated time for shipping. You will have the option to proceed with the order or cancel the item. We restock items as quickly as we can, and will notify you when the item is back in stock. 

 

Delayed Items

We do our best to keep up with the growing demand for popular items however, delays can happen for a variety of reasons. We'll send order update emails in real-time as inventory and procedures allow. If your tracking information hasn't updated for 3 business days or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at info@chaseavery.com and reach out to your local USPS carrier to investigate.
